  • Absolutely! Our classes cater to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis and fitness enthusiasts. Our instructors provide modifications and options to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

  • We provide yoga mats and have towels available for hire or sale.
    Please have in mind that the usage of a yoga towel is mandatory, you can rent our buy at our studio. And you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

  • Non-slip yoga towels are available for rent at 3€ or sale at 30€.

  • Yes, we have changing rooms and shower facilities available for your convenience.

  • Yes, we advise you to park on the river side of the train tracks, near Lacs Conde d’Obidos where you have a passage to our side of the road.
    You could also park near Jazzy and cross the tracks at the Santos train station.
