Remember, while color therapy has been used for centuries and many people find it beneficial, it's important to approach it as a complementary practice and not a substitute for medical treatment. Individual responses to colors can vary, and color therapy should be used in conjunction with other forms of wellness and healthcare.

all classes/passes start on the date of purchase;
all classes/passes have an expiration date;
for all classes: failure to attend a booked class, or cancellations made within 12 hours of the class,
will result in the class being deducted from the account;for all passes: you can put on hold or cancel the membership at any time. Bookings must be made in advance;
for all passes: payments are debited from your account each month on the same date as the pass was purchased;
unless otherwise noted, all classes/passes are non-transferable;

Absolutely! Our classes cater to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis and fitness enthusiasts. Our instructors provide modifications and options to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

We provide yoga mats and have towels available for hire or sale.
Please have in mind that the usage of a yoga towel is mandatory, you can rent our buy at our studio. And you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. -
Non-slip yoga towels are available for rent at 3€ or sale at 30€.

Yes, we have changing rooms and shower facilities available for your convenience.

Yes, we advise you to park on the river side of the train tracks, near Lacs Conde d’Obidos where you have a passage to our side of the road.
You could also park near Jazzy and cross the tracks at the Santos train station. -

Yes, drop-ins are welcome! You can pay for individual classes without a membership. Just need to purchase a single class pass and book your spot via the website.
