Wednesday: Arrival & Grounding

  • Arrival & Welcome: Check-in and settle into your room. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink.

  • Intro to the Retreat: 4:00 pm - Meet and greet with our team, overview of the schedule, and what to expect.

  • Opening Circle: 5:00 pm - Set intentions for the retreat, share your goals, and connect with the group.

    Evening:

  • Gentle Yoga Flow: 6:00 pm - A soft Vinyasa practice to stretch and relax after your travels.

  • Meditation & Relaxation: 7:00 pm - Guided meditation to release tension and prepare for a restful night.

  • Light Dinner: 7:30 pm - A healthy, locally sourced dinner to nourish and rejuvenate.

Thursday: Energizing & Mindful Movement

Morning:

  • Detox Drink: 8:00 am - A refreshing detox drink to cleanse and energize.

  • Morning Meditation & Breathwork (Pranayama): 9:00 am - 30 minutes of breathing exercises to center the mind and body.

  • Pilates & Yoga Fusion: 9:30 am - A playful flow blending Pilates and Vinyasa yoga, focusing on core strength and flexibility.

  • Breakfast: 10:30 am - A wholesome breakfast with fresh fruits, smoothies, and energizing snacks.

Afternoon:

  • Nature Walk & Mindfulness: 12:00 pm - A guided hike through the scenic surroundings of Meco, with mindfulness exercises along the way.

  • Light Lunch: 1:00 pm - A selection of fresh, light dishes to refuel for the day.

  • Pool Time: 2:00 pm - Relax by the pool, enjoy the sunshine, and unwind in this tranquil environment.

Evening:

  • Cooking Workshop: 4:00 pm - Learn to prepare a traditional Portuguese dish using fresh, local ingredients.

  • Dinner: 7:00 pm - Enjoy the meal you’ve created in the workshop, along with other wholesome sides.

Friday: Rejuvenation & Play

Morning:

  • Detox Drink: 8:00 am - A refreshing detox drink to cleanse and hydrate.

  • Morning Meditation & Pranayama: 9:00 am - A calming 30-minute pranayama session followed by deep meditation.

  • Sunrise Yoga Flow: 9:30 am - An energizing morning flow to awaken the body and mind.

  • Breakfast: 10:30 am - A variety of fresh, nourishing options to start your day.

Afternoon:

  • Free Time & Pool Relaxation: 12:30 pm - Spend time relaxing by the pool, reading, or journaling.

  • Light Lunch: 1:00 pm - A refreshing light meal with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

  • Optional Massage: 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Schedule a relaxing massage treatment to rejuvenate your body (extra cost).

Evening:

  • Dinner: 7:00 pm - A nourishing and delicious dinner tailored to the wellness theme.

Saturday: Connection & Deep Relaxation

Morning:

  • Detox Drink: 8:00 am - A light detox drink to start the day.

  • Morning Meditation & Breathwork (Pranayama): 9:00 am - 30 minutes of pranayama followed by meditation to center your energy.

  • Pilates + Stretch Flow: 9:30 am - A blend of Pilates and gentle yoga to promote flexibility and strength.

  • Breakfast: 10:30 am - A light, energizing breakfast with fresh juices, fruits, and superfoods.

Afternoon:

  • Nature Hike: 12:00 pm - A scenic hike reconnecting with nature and grounding yourself.

  • Light Lunch: 1:00 pm - Enjoy a simple yet delicious lunch to refresh after the hike.

  • Pool Time: 2:00 pm - Relax by the pool, swim, or simply soak in the peaceful atmosphere.

Evening:

  • Kundalini Kriya Session: 5:00 pm - A Kundalini-inspired kriya to activate your energy and deepen your practice.

  • Dinner: 7:00 pm - A delicious meal to nourish your body after a day of activity and relaxation.

  • Evening Meditation: 8:00 pm - Guided meditation to promote deep relaxation and prepare for sleep.

Sunday: Reflection & Closure

Morning:

  • Detox Drink: 8:00 am - Begin the last day with a refreshing detox drink.

  • Morning Meditation & Pranayama: 9:00 am - 30 minutes of pranayama followed by a final meditation to energize and reflect.

  • Final Morning Yoga Flow: 9:30 am - A calming, reflective flow to close your journey.

  • Breakfast: 10:30 am - A wholesome breakfast to fuel your last day.

Afternoon:

  • Final Group Circle: 11:30 am - Share reflections, experiences, and intentions to take away.

  • Light Lunch: 1:00 pm - A nourishing lunch before departure, filled with gratitude and positive energy.
