  • XIL-IN Studio brings the heat, literally. All our classes are hot yoga, ranging from Heat 2 to 5, so you can ease in or go all in. Choose from Vinyasa, Power, Body Workouts, and fusion classes that mix it up. Whatever your vibe, we’ve got a sweaty session for you.

  • Absolutely! We have a refer friend deal where you can invite your friends to try the class for free + you get 5€ credit!
    Just make sure to follow the steps via the website, if you have any questions please email hello@xilyoga.com

  • Absolutely! Our classes cater to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis and fitness enthusiasts. Our instructors provide modifications and options to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported.

  • We provide yoga mats and have towels available for hire or sale.
    Please have in mind that the usage of a yoga towel is mandatory, you can rent our buy at our studio. And you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

  • Non-slip yoga towels are available for rent at 3€ or sale at 30€.

  • Yes, we have changing rooms and shower facilities available for your convenience.

  • Yes, usually there are parking spots in Av 24 Julho, near the studio.
    Another option would be to park on the river side of the train tracks, near Lacs Conde d’Obidos where you have a passage to our side of the road.

  • Yes, drop-ins are welcome! You can pay for individual classes without a membership. Just need to purchase a single class pass and book your spot via the website.

  • No need. We provide mats. Just need to bring a big towel (that covers the mat fully) or 3€ to rent one at the studio.

  • Yes! :) You can enjoy our Welcome Week + Welcome Month promos.

  • Yes, we have showers.

  • You should arrive 15m before class start time. No earlier as we need time to set up.

    Please have in mind doors close at class start time and you cannot come in late.

  • All our classes are taught in English to keep things simple and inclusive. We welcome an international crowd, so no matter where you're from, you'll feel right at home on the mat!
